Spring and summer dresses under $50

It’s pretty safe to say that the temperatures have been rising quickly all across the country, and if you’re like me, you’re starting to think of relief from the heat we’re all either already experiencing, or will very soon.

You know that I live in dresses 99.9% of the time (the other 0.1% being a jumpsuit) in the summer, and when the weather permits, even in the colder seasons.

As I’m not a shorts person, dresses are the most comfortable to wear in the heat of summer, especially on humid days when you pretty much want as little as possible fabric touching your body.

Light and flowy dresses are the answer to combatting the heat and getting some comfort during those times. Not to mention that getting into a dress is one of the easiest ways to get dressed quickly, without having to think of what will go with one thing or another - all you’d have to think about would be what shoes to wear, and some neutral colored espadrilles (or these) would take care of that easily (check this post for more options). For accessorizing, I always recommend earrings, as they easily complete an outfit, and I have shared many options in this post that gets updated as styles sell out.

Hopefully, as more people get vaccinated (we got our first shots done!!!), we can somewhat go back to normal this spring and summer.
