J.Crew dresses not to miss this summer
It’s dress season and I thought of sharing a mix of dresses that I’m loving right now from one of my favorite retailers — J.Crew. And oh my, these dresses are just gorgeous and versatile enough to be dressed up or down for the various social occasions on your calendar.
Many of these dresses give retro vibes while being perfectly minimalistic and bringing understated elegance. You can wear any of them with a pair of golden strappy sandals and a clutch for a more dressy look, or with some fun wedges, block-heel sandals, or slides, and a straw bag for a more casual, yet I-want-to-look-put-together outfit.
What I love the most about these dresses, however, is that, with a few exceptions, they are made of natural, breathable fabrics like cotton and linen blends, which makes them perfect choices for the hot days ahead. Several of them would also be ideal for wearing as a wedding guest — I vote for this one in both colorways, this one, and this one.
I also love this dress — it just has that effortlessly chic look. This fitted bodice dress screams refined elegance — it’s my favorite of them all!
