Friday favorites

- Quiet mornings with a cup of hot coffee and some good magazines to catch up on.
It's been a pretty nice week so far so the mornings are so much more enjoyable, in spite of me being sick...

- This little guy that joined our living room. Since I am crazy about the beach and ocean, my home decor obviously has the same theme. I've been wanting real coral forever, but let's be honest - they're not cheap. So, lucky me, I found this one at a store closing for 70% off. I'm sorry for the store closing, but I'm not sorry for scoring this beauty for $45.

​These amazing flats I found at Target , loving them so much, I think I will be getting them in all available colors... Made with memory foam cushion, they are very comfortable. Perfect for So Cal weather... ? 
Oh, and can we talk about my new rug? I absolutely love it. It's a recent Ikea buy and did I mention I love it? It's soft, it's thick and it tied my living room together, so no complaints here.
