This year we made the conscious choice to eat better and by that we mean healthier.
As a result, we eliminated processed foods and sweets, reduced unhealthy carbs (like white bread or white pasta) and meats. We have definitely noticed benefits health and appearance wise, but once in a while our sweet tooth kicks in and, well, we need to do something about that.
