It's official: gingham is not for your picnic table only!
Spring is on its way and I am ready to incorporate colors and patterns that would welcome the warm weather. Gingham, in my opinion, is one of those timeless patterns that work for almost any season. Usually made of cotton or lighter fabric, it is the perfect addition to a spring/summer wardrobe. For some reason, I've avoided this pattern for the longest time until I found this top that simply won me over. I don't care that off-shoulders trend is out the door in 2018. If you've been reading this blog for a while, you must have figured out by now that I don't exactly follow trends and I wear whatever I like and feel comfortable in.
Valentine's day is just around the corner and whether you celebrate this day or not, I wanted to share a few things with you that, I believe will help you boost your confidence.
No matter if you're single or "taken", paying a little attention to a few details in your wardrobe and life, can change the way you feel on a daily basis. We become so complacent in our lives and forget or put aside little things that we consider not important but have a big impact. Underwear is one of those things, in my opinion.
Valentine's day is just around the corner but we're pretty low-key about it. We don't have any plans other than going out for a nice dinner by the ocean. To be honest, we don't pay too much attention to Valentine's day - me and my hubby try to show our love and appreciation for one another every day so this holiday is not that much more special. However, I will never miss an occasion to dress up so I took advantage of this day and the amazingly warm weather we've been experiencing here the last few weeks. I decided to switch it up from the usual dress and instead, wear a skirt. And what is more festive and romantic than a tulle skirt?
